Most older men completely misunderstand flirting with younger women.

Here’s how to tease her properly, especially if you are an older guy. (no backhanded compliments that’s for kids). You’re teasing behavior, not attacking identity.
This creates attraction because it shows her that you aren’t playing it safe. That you are okay to rock the boat and even lose her. You’re relaxed enough to play with her a little.

2. If you are an older guy then you need to start using self deprecating humor, where you joke about yourself from a place of confidence, not insecurity.
This works because it shows self-ownership. Men who are comfortable with themselves feel safe and attractive.
Examples:
- “Careful, I have a reputation for saying the wrong thing at the right time.”
- “I try to be mysterious, but honestly I’m just bad at small talk.”
- “I look calm, but internally I’m choosing the least awkward response.”
- “I’m at that age where I stretch before sitting down. It’s a lifestyle.”
- “I’d pretend I’m cooler than I am, but you’d see through it in five minutes.”
Also, imagine this, you are wearing a blazer and looking like you own the place and then she asks you what your job is and you say “I work at McDonalds”.
She will laugh and instantly know that you are not the type of man that needs to impress women, which implies you must have a ton of women in your life.

4. You need to start using sexual innuendos. Think of it like flirting James Bond style.
He makes sexual undertones seem totally innocent.
What you want is plausible deniability + playful framing, not crude sexual talk.
Examples:
- Her: “I’m really bad at following instructions.”
You: “That’s interesting… because you’re saying it like you want me to test that.” - Her: laughs “That’s not what I meant.”
You: “Of course not. I just have a very creative imagination.” - Her: “I need more space in my apartment.”
You: “Careful… that sounded like an invitation.” - Her: “Wow, you took that far.”
You: “I said sounded. I didn’t say I’d misbehave.” - Her: “I’m usually up late.”
You: “You say that very casually.” - Her: “Is that bad?”
You: “Not bad. Just… revealing.”
